This sample module from the Honey Bee Essential Management Skills Workshop Facilitation Guide is created for creating a consistent experience for all workshop participants.
This workshop is the one of the final components of a 30-day new manager onboarding program that I created. This final, day long event for new managers provides plenty of time for team building, peer-to-peer connections, real-world experiences, and valuable discussions of important day-to-day issues for managers.
