Honey Bee needed a simple way to communicate the plan for their new supportive training for new managers, both internal promotions and new hires. This required something simple and visual for the pitch and communication across the company. There was also a long term need to share an overview of the program with any new managers and additional stakeholders.

The infographic approach was determined to be the best method to clearly articulate how the training program would support the new managers. It could be shared in a presentation, shared via email with all relevent stakeholders, and posted on an internal website for reference.
Step-by-Step Overview: Provides a simple, sequential walkthrough of the program and some details for each week.
Visual Support: Bee-themed icons and design elements are used to connect with the company brand (Honey Bee). Strategic use of text & white space, reducing any concerns about overload for those receiving the information. High contrast for colors used for accessibility. When added to online resources for new hires, Alt-text will be used to convey the details in this image for those using screen-readers.
Concise and Chunked Information: Each task or focus for the week is kept clear, concise text and strategically chunked to facilitate quick comprehension.
